I got a rent to own property from Zingow.com and I simply love Zingow.com. And to their competitors who are writing vitriol comments on the internet that are untrue and vicious.... SHAME ON YOU.
Try working harder on your OWN business instead of spreading malicious rumors.
I recieved a list of properties initially that I thought I could never afford. The list were very detailed.
The representative gave me a durable formular that worked so well that I was able to choose between many affordable homes. My visits to the properties were with open arms. The customer service department was very busy but informative, patient and gave me a comfort level.

I found multiple ads on Craigslist regarding rent-to-own with no credit check houses... I called the first number to get some information, and the girl I spoke to barely came up for air she was talking so fast. She got me to give her my name and address in order to "send me info in the mail", but then she asked for my credit card... I had no intention of giving it, and after she tried to talk me into it for a few seconds, she hung up on me. I called a second number (expecting the same routine) and it turned out to be Zingow also! So did the third and fourth numbers I found (just called to prove my suspicions). DO NOT take the chance with this company... Times are too hard to give away our money for the false promise of a fast and easy fix. There's no such thing.

zingow is a rip off. do not use them. they take your money and you dont get it back. my daughter sent $200.00 and cant get anyone to talk to about the problem and refund. once again for all of the hard working consumers out there, zingow is a total rip off and fraud. do not even waste your time. the web address is zingow.com and they are located in los angeles california.

What Zingow does is what is called a preforeclorsure list. Which basically means nothing. It is just a list of name and addresses of people who are late on their mortgage payment. They get the information from the county court clerk (I assume banks need to report non-payments for tax or other purposes). The owners of houses of their list have not agreed to anything, it is left to you to call them and convince them to sell you their house at the remaining mortgage to be paid. There is no garantee they will do that unless they are in a total bind. They can rent the house, they can sell it at a below the market to sell fast. The only ones in a bind are those who may have lost their jobs and whose balance on their mortgage is above what they could sell it for. Not a good deal for you. If they can sell at a good deal price (to get out of their mortgage), then they'll just put it on the market. You have just spent $200 for nothing. I did sign up once to a similar but better site (they did not claim what Zingow claims), they simply listed on their - paying - site all preforeclosure (explained above), auctions (next step), and bank-owned (the step after that) properties. I did call a few 'preforeclosure' (late on their payments) owners on the site, none of them were ever late on their houses, had no idea what I was talking about so I gave them the name of the site they were listed on, their properties were promptly removed. The site had posted them to bait people: you can see the properties without the full address on the site without subscribing, so people can see the area and get baited! I did. And that is what Zingow is doing. They put an ad in Craigslist with a picture of a house in a very nice neighborhod at an incredible monthlty payment. I know the area in DC they listed. There is no way the house they showed belonged in that area, and no way owners would be stupid enough to let go their houses at that price when they can today rent it at twice the amount! It is a scam. DON'T WASTE YOUR $200. Use it instead to take a course in real estate and foreclosures (the real ones), and go to auctions if they have some with house in the area/s you are looking at.

I was considering signing up with this company but it sounded too good to be true. I really appreciate the information found here because I really do not have any money to lose or beg to be returned to me.

after reading what consumers have said about zingow.com, my wife and i were thinking about sending them there 149.00 fee.We are not ,the BBB gave them an F and thsnks for the tip from you all out there....

i would also like my refund back i called and i did finally get one person but she was such a fast talker she never answered my questions this fraud of a company need to be out of business

Like a dummy I signed up with this company before reading any of this and now I am having a hard time getting my money refunded, I have had problems from the moment they took my money. This place is a scam and I am going to see what I can have done to get them out of business. I am going to write to news shows and see if I can get their names out there so people can no to watch out for them

I found Zingow on craigslist and the number they had listed is 800-510-2643. My company paid me to sign up with them to see if it was a fraud and it was. I never got anything from them. They were given a grade of "F" by the Better Business Bureau. I would advise you not to give them your money.

This comment "i simply love zingow" is bullshit. It was made by someone IN the company. I personally know people that work for them and its all a scam. They make their $199 and you will NEVER get in a home like they promise. No banks or homeowners work with them. All the people that work there are drug addicts, x-cons, and people just trying to manipulate you into believing their fake business. I hope you too, don't fall for it. If you don't believe me, You can become a member and see for yourself.
