I am not writing a complaint i am also using zingow.com and they have been very helpful. I just don't understand the whole process. Customer service has told me how to do it, but I want to hear it from somebody that has already done it and is finished or almost finished. Can anybody help.
Zingow.com has plenty of listing. Yeah there is a wait on hold but once you get to a customer service then they are willing to stay on the phone and answer all the questions you have. So anybody complaining on them is wrong so far I have had no problems.

glad you are all happy. my daughter was ripped off for $200.00 by zingow. You are probably employees who are trying to cover up the hundreds of bad reviews by this company. consumer beware - go to the los angeles bbb and see their bad reviews before sending them money.

Zingow is a scam and beware of employees posting good reports on them. I paid them over two months ago. Gave them a list of over 15 houses and to this day not one of the houses have acknowledged that they are even in preforclosure. I actually talked to one of the owners who have no idea how they even got listed on Zingow. When I called to complain I was repeatedly hung up on. When my money was taken I was imformed I would have immediate ability to browse the web site. Was almost 2 weeks before I was able to get a password. Was also told if I wasn't happy with the service I could ask for a refund anytime during the year. NOT!!!

I would lov to hear of someone who has used this system sucessufully? Or even tour the listings to see if they are legitament. I looked them up on the better business bural and they scored a "F". It said that they have had a numerous amount of complaints with no responses? I wonder why the don't register with them... I guess untill I hear a sucess story....I can't lose out on 199.00$...?

I was skeptic at first, but now I see that this service is great.
The lists are extensive and customer support is very helpful. They have great documents also.
I was lost and now I am found. I am very happy with my membership!

I am looking into Zingow and have been getting mixed reviews. Is there anyone that has a SUCCESS story? And for the two people that are currently using the system how is it going? Thanks!
